Information Application obtain and how is it used?

Information Provided by User

This pertains to the information that user provides to the app at the time of registration (which is optional). We need this information to store & recover data should some mishap occur to your phone device. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with us.

At time of registration, you generally provide Email, Name,  Location etc.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Health Information

By use of the app, we store, process and analyze your medication data & information such what medicine, schedule, reminders, adherence, geo location, total pills consumed, refilled, stopped, restarted & disease etc.

We’re extremely careful with our users’ health data & store it locally in your phone & securely on our servers & our app is HIPAA compliant. All personal health data is stored locally on your device, and analytics data (e.g. medicine name, dosage, and reminder time) is deidentified on device and in accordance with the safe harbor method outlined in §164.514(b) of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act before being transmitted.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may also collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system and information about the way you use the Application.
Use of Above Information
We use the Personal Information to identify your account for purposes of customer services and enquiries & send you emails, reminders for adherence slippage, analytical data or any change in our policy or services. We may also use it for analyzing system issues, problems & bugs in the system.

Please remember that any information that you share in forums, our social site & social apps may be automatically made public, and such information will not be considered Personal Information by us.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.


We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at Email address. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Data Retention Policy

Your data will be stored till you uninstall the app. After the uninstallation, we will retain automatically collected information upto two years and thereafter store it as aggregate.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
